He served on multiple boards at Grupo Intercam and was CEO of Intercam Casa de Bolsa from 2015 to 2024. Earlier, he served as an independent director at Banco Regional de Monterrey (2007–2010). Previously, he was Deputy Director for Treasury & Private Banking at Grupo Financiero Serfin and CEO of Operadora de Bolsa S.A.

Ricardo Acosta Carrete

He most recently served as CEO of Intercam Casa de Bolsa and as Vice President for Global Markets, Investment Banking, and Asset Management at Intercam Grupo Financiero, having previously held the role of Global CFO. In public service, he led the Investment Banking unit at Mexico’s Ministry of Finance (SHCP), where he structured and executed complex financings, including more than MXN 70 billion in structured credit transactions. He also served as Deputy Assistant Secretary in the Banking and Securities Department at SHCP. Ricardo began his career in M&A at Deloitte. He holds a M.S in Risk Management from NYU and a BA in Financial Management from ITESM.
